Can crypto be seized in a legal case?

As well as alimony for our kid, who is probably going go be staying with her from now on. Would I hypothetically be legally required (hypothetically) to report the crypto earnings which I'm sure she has an idea about because I'm a loudmouth when it come's to what I'm passionate about (hypothetically).</p> <p>Paging all lawyers and hypothetical lawyers of this subreddit, I need every piece of authentic and hypothetical information you can give about what I need to do during this.
