Can crypto be seized in a legal case?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hypothetically lets say I'm getting legally separated from my spouse this January, and let's also say hypothetically I have significant (250K) investments in cryptocurrency and my wife is attempting to take most every tangible thing from me (the house, boat house, probably the fucking boat too). As well as alimony for our kid, who is probably going go be staying with her from now on. Would I hypothetically be legally required (hypothetically) to report the crypto earnings which I'm sure she has an idea about because I'm a loudmouth when it come's to what I'm passionate about (hypothetically).</p> <p>Paging all lawyers and hypothetical lawyers of this subreddit, I need every piece of authentic and hypothetical information you can give about what I need to do during this.
