Fear and greed index hits 18 on extreme fear.
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>So the fear mongering has begun.</p> <p>Tether and evergrande are about to bring bitcoin to a bear market according to many.</p> <p>Others are saying it is because of the release of unemployment rates and tapering.</p> <p>Some are saying this was nothing and how they have been holding since bitcoin came out ofc.</p> <p>Yet we had one of the largest 4 hour candles in bitcoin history from a dollar perspective. We have not been so oversold since a very long time. So it is significant. If this kinda shaked you up don't feel stupid at all! Most of us were expecting 47-49k at most. Even the most experienced traders.</p> <p>Imo it is a great time to spread your buys instead of buying ath's. Last time people made fun of me posting the fear and greed index when we were at 84 extreme greed and 69k . Well we all know what happened after. And sure you should not bet the farm on it because we have sustained some pretty crazy numbers. But imo it is a good tool.
