Arthur Hayes, co-founder of 100x and Bitmex, name-dropped a no-name memecoin in his

I don't understand it, I've never heard of this coin or seen it on any exchanges. Why would a billionaire mention it and - what seems to be purposefully - avoid talking about Dogecoin? Is this some kind of attack on Doge? We already had whole exchanges (Kucoin) and even the CEO of Greyscale talking about shorting Doge back in May.
